Can you install hotel flooring without closing floors to guests?
Yes. Most hotel work is staged room by room or floor by floor, often at night or in off-peak windows, so the rest of the property keeps selling. Guest-safe hoarding, low-odour systems and quiet methods are planned against your occupancy calendar.
Do you supply only, or supply and install?
Both. Hotel groups with in-house trades or a preferred installer can take supply-only. Most properties ask us to supply and install so product, preparation and programme sit in one place.
Which hotel areas do you floor?
Guest rooms, corridors, lobbies, ballrooms and function rooms, restaurants, back-of-house, wet areas and pool surrounds. Product follows the zone: broadloom or Axminster, carpet tiles, LVT, sheet vinyl and entrance matting.
