Owner-operators live on tonight’s rooms. Motel carpet replacement has to be a few doors at a time, often mid-week, with bathrooms on vinyl if they are in the same brief. That is the same occupied method we use in larger hotels, scaled to a smaller house.

Can a motel replace carpet without closing?
Yes. Owner-operators typically release a few rooms in a soft week. The rest of the drive-up stays open. Carpet tile is useful because a later stain is a tile swap, not another recarpet.
Is motel work different from hotel work?
The products are the same commercial carpet and vinyl. The programme is usually smaller and more stop-start — nights, weekends, or a handful of rooms at a time — which is how we quote it.
Do you cover regional motels?
Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane metro are the core. Regional properties are quoted by arrangement, including travel. Supply-only is always available if you have a local installer.
