Wet-area hotel flooring that stays underfoot.
Bathrooms, kitchens, laundry, back-of-house and pool surrounds — welded, slip-resistant vinyl specified for water, not leftover guest-room product.
Bathrooms, kitchens, laundry, pool surrounds
Water is the brief. Everything else is detail.
A hotel wet area is judged on two things: whether someone slips, and whether the seam still looks closed after a year of chemicals. That is sheet vinyl with welded joints, coved skirting where the spec asks for it, and a published slip rating from the manufacturer — not a corridor leftover and not a timber-look plank that was never meant to sit wet.
We install wet-area hotel flooring in Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane as part of room floors, F&B refurbishments and pool-surround upgrades. Read slip resistance for hotel wet areas before you lock a product. Entrance matting at the door is the other half of keeping water off the corridor carpet.
Wet area questions
What flooring do you use around hotel pools and in bathrooms?
Slip-resistant sheet vinyl or specialist wet-area systems, specified for the water and cleaning chemicals they will see. Guest-room carpet does not belong on a pool surround or a bathroom floor.
Do you claim a particular slip-test certification?
No. We specify products with published wet-pendulum or ramp ratings from the manufacturer and install them as designed. We do not invent laboratory claims. Read the slip-resistance guide for the questions to ask.
Can wet areas be done while the hotel is open?
Yes, floor by floor or zone by zone. A pool surround may need a longer close-out than a single bathroom. That window is agreed before the old floor comes up.
Let’s talk floors.
