Function room and ballroom floors that make the next event.
Patterned carpet and hard floors for ballrooms, meeting rooms and F&B — installed in the dark hours your diary actually has.
Ballrooms, meeting rooms, restaurants
The diary is the specification.
A ballroom carpet that looks worn in the photographs is a sales problem. A floor that is still curing on a Friday when Saturday is sold is an operations problem. Function-room flooring has to survive chair scrapes, staging, dance floors and a mop, and it has to go down in a window the events team will actually sign.
We supply and install function-room and ballroom carpet — and restaurant LVT where the brand wants a hard floor — in Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane. Night and weekend windows are normal. Pair this with hotel carpet for the public-area colourway and wet-area vinyl for kitchens behind the servery.
Function room questions
Can you recarpet a ballroom between events?
Often yes, if the diary has a real dark window. Measurement, product lead time and uplift have to start well before that window. A Saturday wedding after a Thursday conference is not a surprise we can absorb on Friday afternoon.
What carpet is used in hotel function rooms?
Patterned broadloom and Axminster are typical: they hide chair scrapes and traffic during changeovers. Some multi-use rooms use carpet tile for damaged-bay replacement. Dance-floor inserts and staging tracks are planned, not afterthoughts.
Do you floor restaurants and bars as well?
Yes. F&B often wants LVT or a tighter commercial vinyl in the servery and a quieter carpet or LVT in the dining room. Kitchens stay on slip-resistant sheet vinyl.
