If the floor smells, the room does not sell. If a burn mark sits in the middle of a broadloom field, the room is discounted until someone recarpets it. Hotel room flooring has to feel residential, wear like a commercial floor, and give engineering a way to fix one room without a whole-floor shutdown.
We supply and install guest-room carpet, carpet tiles and LVT in Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane. Motel carpet replacement uses the same room-by-room method. Bathrooms and kitchenettes sit on the wet-area spec, not the bedroom pile.
Room count and types, current floor, brand standard if you have one, whether bathrooms are in scope, and how many rooms you can release at once. Spare tile or matching metreage should be part of the conversation from the start.
Carpet remains the default for standard rooms because it is quiet and warm. Carpet tile is common where a single stain should not take the room out. LVT appears in suite living rooms, some accessible rooms, and brands that want a hard-floor look. Wet bathrooms are vinyl, not carpet.

Yes. Serviced apartments and motel rooms use the same products and the same room-by-room method. Longer-stay inventory often prefers carpet tile so a damaged apartment can be repaired without a full recarpet.
