What we collect
If you send the enquiry form or email us, we collect the details you provide: name, company, email, phone, city, project type, approximate area or rooms, timing, message, and the page you sent it from. If you call 1300 207 915, we collect what you tell us so we can respond.
Why we collect it
To respond to quotes and project enquiries, to contact you about hotel flooring supply or installation, and to keep a record of the brief you sent. We do not sell your details.
Where the form goes
The website form posts to Formspree (formspree.io) so the enquiry can be emailed to our projects inbox. Formspree’s processing is described in their own privacy documentation. Do not send payment card numbers or other sensitive information through the form.
Analytics
This site uses Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-CW60MQTLVF) for standard usage data. A generate_lead event may fire when a form is sent successfully.
